"I had actually given a deposit to another company because I liked the product so much, since they were the first ones to be able to make an appt. to give me an estimate. When Skyline came for the next estimate, I was so impressed with Rick's knowledge & professionalism, I gave him a deposit too with the intent of canceling the first deposit (and was able to do that). Rick gave me exactly what I wanted - he didn't try to give me a "cookie cutter" patio cover. The 3rd person couldn't give me an estimate for over a month, so I didn't call him back again. Rick was very impressive with knowledge & expertise as was the guy who did the final measurement, as were the guys who did the work. It looks absolutely fantastic & I couldn't be more pleased or impressed with the results. I have the exact same product as I signed up for with my first deposit - Elitewood - but I feel your employees were more knowledgeable with building details & took more precautions in the construction to give me a good sturdy product.
