At no cost to you, we will check for any construction concerns and assist you in designing a project that fits your needs, design preferences and budget. To simply quote you a price based on square footage or from a picture in a brochure would not be providing our customers with an accurate cost, one they could plan and budget for.

That’s why its best to have us come and visit you for an estimate, its fast, friendly and free.

Why should my spouse or significant other be at the design consultation?

Everything we do is designed around you, to your needs and specifications. You choose everything from the style, design, color and type of materials used for your unique project. Having your spouse or significant other involved at the consultation brings another opinion and point of view for such a large home improvement. We want your design consultation experience to be thorough and accurate. Paying attention to the details is what we are all about.

How long does it take to have a sunroom or patio cover completed?

Actually most sunrooms and patio cover projects are installed in just a few days. Most of our patio cover projects from contract to completion are done in 2-4 weeks and sunroom projects are typically done in 4-8 weeks depending on size and scope of the job. Things to consider are Homeowners Association approvals, possible City Building Department plan reviews, bad weather and time of the year. Our manufacturers lead times are longer during the busier summer months.

Do I need building permits for my project?

Most of the cities in San Diego county require building permits for sunrooms and patio covers but there are some exemptions depending on where you live and we will handle the permit process for you. All of our products have pre-approved and engineered plans that make obtaining permits much quicker and more affordable than conventional construction.
